Project to improve the thermal performance and the image of an office building complex in compliance with the tertiary decree. The project’s embodied carbon was addressed through the use of biosourced insulation and low carbon cladding. A bioclimatic approach guided the design of the facades in order to avoid overheating in the summer and to maximize solar gain in the winter.
